1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items like personal care, perishable goods, and customized products are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Go to the My Orders section and select the item you wish to return.
- Click on Request Return and provide the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
